Lake Tsivlou was actually created by accident as a 1913 landfall ended up blocking the flow of the Ancient Krathis river.
At an altitude of 800m, Lake Tsivlou is a “beautiful anomaly” among the areas various mountain tops, forests and gorges. The vivid blue/green waters compliment natures colours so perfectly, whether it’s winter or summer.
